Lo Man Tat is a short-term contract teacher in Ma Sau College who barely manages to keep his job after five years of dealing with under-achieving students to scrape a living, constantly being alienated by his colleagues and dressed-down by his superiors. Making matters worse for him is newly-appointed Principal Leung who has introduced a strict evaluation system in which contract teachers who underperform will face elimination.
