Adriana Inês Prieto Amarante, better known as Adriana Prieto, was a Brazilian actress born in Argentina. It was compared and dubbed, by a magazine of the time, as the "Brazilian Greta Garbo". She made a career in Brazilian cinema, winning several awards for her performances, such as Candango for Best Actress at the Brasília Festival and the Air France Award. He died tragically after a car accident on Christmas Eve 1974, aged 24, when he was at the peak of his career.
