When a gay man is found grisly murdered in the flats of Cleveland, OH, Detective Lieutenant Burney is tasked with investigating the murder. Two days later a second victim is found and he’s also gay. A vicious serial killer is hunting gay men and Detective Burney makes it his mission to stop him.
