Stopped at the airport in Istanbul and taken to prison for drug possession while she is embarking to return to America, Sarah, a charming American girl, finds herself at the center of a terrible and perverse game as an instrument of pleasure in the hands of two unscrupulous jailers: the powerful Colonel Tamurk and the vicious director of the Alina. Margaret Smith, an official of the American Embassy, can not help but, luckily, Sarah finds unexpected help in another prisoner, the charming French Roy.
