On the way driving back to Tam's house, LUNG crashes the electricity box, cutting the electricity supply to On Kui Garden, thus making further bad impression on MEI CHUN. MEI CHUN competes to continue in her office for the chairwoman of the owners' association but LUNG's incident puts her at a disadvantage. Fortunately, the witty LUNG uses tricks to help make her attempt successful. Since meeting KA CHING, LUNG grows fond of her. YIM FAN is jealous and nearly breaks her friendship with KA CHING.
