Just then, Maji receives word that his long-time enemies, the Shuyukai, are to leave the Kazagumi affiliate. The Nagisa territory, which is located in the neighbourhood next to the Shuyukai, is in a state of crisis. Maji's achievements in Kazagumi training earned him a big role as assistant to the Nagisa clan's young leader. However, the newly released Nagisa clan chairman, Isaburo Foragi, does not take kindly to this and interferes with Serious in any way... and the all-out war between the Shuyukai and the Nagisa clan begins!
